Nutrition Guidance
Erin provides guidance on holistic cooking and eating – for those that aspire to cook healthy meals, but need some inspiration to get started. She offers one-on-one sessions and group workshops on the fundamentals of healthy cooking and eating– including planning meals, stocking the kitchen, using herbs and spices, and eating for your body-mind type.
As a former full-time attorney, Erin knows first-hand the demands of a busy work week. She enjoys the challenge of creatively finding ways to help her clients plan and make fresh, home-cooked, and balancing meals even amidst the most hectic of schedules.
