Cooking Classes

Erin offers a variety of cooking classes, which cover the fundamentals of Ayurvedic nutrition – including eating for your body-mind type, using spices, incorporating the six tastes in every meal, and “sattvic” cooking and eating as a way to support your contemplative or yoga practice. All of her classes include an organic meal, information materials and recipes. And remember, Ayurveda food is not just Indian food, so her classes will include tips for adding Ayurveda principles to any and all cuisines.
